Tan Veterina Limited is headed by Dr Jabu D. Mwasha, a veteran veterinary doctor and agro-vet entrepreneur with extensive experience in the private and public sectors. Dr Mwasha holds a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine from Sokoine University of Agriculture and MBA qualifications from the University of Dar es Salaam.
He worked with the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development until 1995, when he formed Tan Veterina Limited. The company and its sister company Biotec Laboratories Ltd employ staff and support agents and sub-distributors across Tanzania.
